The seated Lincoln Memorial statue takes center stage against a sweeping American flag, with a gold-toned America 250 banner completing the design. Daniel Chester French’s monumental statue is 19 feet tall; the Lincoln Memorial was dedicated on May 30, 1922. This vertical Art Note pairs the familiar landmark with America’s 250th anniversary theme.

The front photograph shows the single $2 Art Note. Available on authentic U.S. $1 and $2 currency as individual notes or uncut sheets. Each Liberty Art Note is individually signed by hand. The horizontal reverse photograph shows a representative red, white, and blue Liberty signature back. Serial numbers, signature placement, and artwork placement vary.

Most uncut sheets receive hand-painted accents at the artist’s discretion. The placement, colors, and extent of these enhancements vary, making each finished sheet individually distinctive. Single Art Notes are not hand-painted.
